About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate multiple EIC work teams across site
Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with site procedures
Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
Plan and allocate labour effectively across maintenance and project activities
Liaise with maintenance planners, engineers and client representatives
Ensure compliance with statutory and site requirements
Provide mentoring and leadership to tradespeople and apprentices
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven ability to effectively supervise multiple teams (2–5 personnel per crew)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Safety as the highest operational priority
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
Strong problem-solving capability in live operational environments
High level of professionalism and accountability
Ability to work within a structured maintenance strategy
Requirements
Applicants must hold:
G189 Mining Supervisor Course
Previous Supervisory Experience in mining or heavy industry
Qualified NSW Electrical Licence
Current Work at Heights
Current LVR/CPR
Current Drivers Licence
Highly regarded:
Construction and/or Project Experience
Current Forklift Licence
Current EWP Licence
Current Dogging Licence
Instrumentation Licence
Previous Commissioning Experience
Experience within CHPP or Fixed Plant environments
